The field for this week's Butterfield Bermuda Championship at Port Royal Golf Course is set, and it includes five past winners of the event even though no player ranked inside the world's top 50 is competing.

Which past champions are in the field?

Seamus Power, who won the event in 2022, headlines the group of former champions. He is joined by 2025 winner Adam Schenk, 2024 winner Rafael Campos, 2023 winner Camilo Villegas and 2019 champion Brendon Todd. PGA Tour winners Lucas Glover and Taylor Moore are also in the field.

Who is the highest-ranked player in the field?

Corey Conners, at World No. 60, is the highest-ranked player at Port Royal. Austin Smotherman, who won the Bank of Utah Championship this year, sits 66th, and Eric Cole is 82nd. Ben James, Andrew Novak, Ben Kohles and Max Greyserman round out the players ranked inside the top 100. Several amateurs are also in the field, including Walker Cup players Miles Russell, Kihei Akina and Jay Leng Jr., along with 2025 US Amateur champion Mason Howell.

Which notable players are missing from the field?

The tournament arrives during the FedExCup Fall, when players outside the top 100 in the standings are racing to secure their PGA Tour cards before the RSM Classic ends the season. Marco Penge, who sits 10 spots outside the top-100 cutoff, is not in the field, nor is 2025 European Ryder Cup player Rasmus Hojgaard, who is 113th in the standings. Billy Horschel, 90th in the FedExCup standings, is also absent.
