Who owns the property?

The home belongs to Tony Burns, who founded Red Ledges and chose the homesite for his own family before the surrounding community was built out. Burns became friends with Jack Nicklaus years earlier through the pro-am at the Doral Ryder Open, and he has also forged a friendship with instructor Jim McLean, who runs a golf school at Red Ledges.
