The 2026 VidantaWorld Mexico Open resumes Friday with the second round at Vidanta Vallarta. The full field tees off in waves from 9:05 a.m. ET through 3:24 p.m. ET. Coverage airs from 4-7 p.m. ET on Golf Channel, with a simulcast on Golfchannel.com and the Golf Channel app.
Who leads after the first round?
Denny McCarthy built an early first-round lead with five birdies through 14 holes to reach five under par. It's a promising start for the 33-year-old, who is still without a PGA Tour win and whose only top-10 finish this season came at the 3M Open in July. McCarthy tees off Friday at 1:45 p.m. ET alongside Patrick Rodgers and David Lipsky.
