The 2026 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship carries a $5 million purse, trailing only the Nedbank Golf Challenge and the Irish Open among regular DP World Tour events this season. Casey Jarvis took a lead into the final round in pursuit of his third DP World Tour title of the year, with defending champion Robert MacIntyre six shots back.

How much does the winner earn?

The champion is set to collect just over $800,000, with an additional $50,000 available if their amateur partner also wins the team pro-am title. The runner-up is in line for more than half a million dollars, and every player finishing inside the top nine is guaranteed a six-figure check. Golfers who make the cut, projected at 65 players this year, are guaranteed at least $10,000 regardless of where they finish.

Do amateurs earn prize money?

No. Of the $5 million purse, $200,000 is reserved for the team event, but amateur partners do not collect prize money themselves. Only the professional half of a winning team duo receives the extra $50,000 team bonus.

The figures reflect maximum payouts by position before ties are factored in, and will be finalized once the tournament concludes across the Old Course at St. Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns.
