Foresight Sports has introduced Foresight+, a membership-based software platform the launch-monitor maker calls the largest technology release in its history. The system links a golfer's simulator software, data and preferences to their account rather than to a specific device.

What does Foresight Premier replace?

Foresight Premier, the company's revamped PC application, consolidates FSX Play and FSX Pro into a single platform for simulated rounds and performance analysis. Foresight says the update brings "substantial advances" in graphics, simulation performance and ball-flight physics, aiming for a closer match between indoor simulation and outdoor ball flight. Golfers can play full rounds with multiple tee options, stroke-by-stroke scoring, green contour visualization and pin placements with distance and elevation data.

"With Foresight Premier we've created the most robust platform in the industry for simulation and performance analysis," said Jeff Foster, president of Revelyst Golf Technology.

The software no longer belongs to the box; it belongs to the golfer's account.

What does a Foresight+ membership cost?

Foresight+ is built around account-based membership tiers rather than per-device licenses, and existing owners keep their launch monitors and current FSX software regardless of whether they upgrade. All new and existing members get a 30-day free trial. Silver and Gold tier members can add Course Pass or Course Pass Pro for access to more than 100 simulated courses, including remastered layouts.

Add-onPriceIncluded courses
Course Pass$295/year100+ simulated courses
Course Pass Pro$595/year100+ simulated courses, including remastered layouts

Foresight positions the passes as a cheaper alternative to buying individual course licenses. More details are available on the Foresight Sports website.
