The 2026 VidantaWorld Mexico Open opens Thursday at Vidanta Vallarta, with the first tee time at 9:05 a.m. ET. Golf Channel carries live coverage from 4-7 p.m. ET, with a simulcast on Golfchannel.com and the Golf Channel app.
The headline storyline is John Daly II, son of two-time major champion John Daly, making his official PGA Tour pro debut. Daly II turned pro this summer following an amateur and collegiate career at the University of Arkansas. He had already made one Tour start in March's Puerto Rico Open as an amateur, making the cut and finishing T37, and has since played a DP World Tour event and two Korn Ferry Tour events. He tees off for Round 1 at 10:44 a.m. ET alongside Marco Penge and Ben James.
Other notable groupings include Tony Finau, Corey Conners and Max Homa at 9:38 a.m. ET, and Wyndham Clark, Tom Kim and Brian Campbell at 2:18 p.m. ET.
