Michael Brennan won the Baycurrent Classic on Sunday at Yokohama Country Club, his third PGA Tour title in just over a year, playing the same all-Titleist setup he used to win the Wyndham Championship in August.
What is in Michael Brennan's winning bag?
The headline piece is a Titleist GTS fairway wood prototype that has still not been released publicly. Brennan was among the first players to test the club when it surfaced in March, and Sunday's win made it three PGA Tour victories with the prototype in his bag. Titleist has not commented on the club or confirmed a launch date.
The GTS prototype carries a silver face and a single sole weight port, with a larger, shallower profile than the GT1 fairway wood Brennan previously carried. He also switched to a Scotty Cameron GOLO 6 Tour prototype putter earlier this season and kept it in the bag for the win.
