The automatic qualifiers for both 2026 Presidents Cup teams were finalized this week, with U.S. captain Brandt Snedeker and International captain Geoff Ogilvy set to announce their six remaining picks apiece at 5 p.m. ET Tuesday on Golf Channel.
Who qualified automatically for Team USA?
Scottie Scheffler, Wyndham Clark, Sam Burns, Cameron Young, Russell Henley and Collin Morikawa earned automatic spots on the U.S. team, which Snedeker will captain.
Who qualified automatically for the International team?
Adam Scott, Si Woo Kim, Tom Kim, Ryan Fox, Hideki Matsuyama and Min Woo Lee locked up automatic qualification for the International team under Ogilvy.
The 2026 Presidents Cup will be contested Sept. 22-27 at Medinah Country Club outside Chicago. Scheffler's automatic qualification came in the same week he won his second FedEx Cup title at the Tour Championship.
