The PGA Tour has launched PGA Tour Pass, a free membership program designed to connect fans with on-site perks, sweepstakes and prize experiences tied to Tour events throughout the season.

How do fans join PGA Tour Pass?

Membership is free and available worldwide through PGATour.com and the PGA Tour app. The program is organized around three pillars the Tour calls play, attend and engage, intended to reward fans for the different ways they interact with the sport, from watching broadcasts to attending tournaments in person.

What benefits has PGA Tour Pass offered so far?

At this year's Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Club, members received a complimentary coffee offer and a $5 concession credit on-site. During the FedExCup Playoffs, the program ran a Closest-to-the-Pin Challenge at a traveling mobile simulator across all three Playoffs events. PGA Tour Pass also partnered with Coca-Cola on a sweepstakes tied to America250, giving members a chance to win tickets to the Presidents Cup's International Club, and with TaylorMade and GOLF+ on a prize package that includes a trip for two to TaylorMade's Kingdom headquarters in Carlsbad, California, with a full bag fitting, 14 clubs, a bag and a $1,000 travel stipend for the winner and a guest.

The perks are tied to specific events and moments, not a blanket discount for showing up.

"The way fans interact with golf continues to evolve," PGA Tour chief marketing officer Andy Weitz said of the program. The Tour has said it plans to keep adding sweepstakes and on-site activations, including an upcoming partnership with Dryvebox, as the season continues.
