The Women's Team Golf League has set its 25-player rosters across five founding franchises, mixing active LPGA stars with retired and semi-retired names ahead of its November debut. World No. 1 Nelly Korda is not among them.
The league, created by TMRW Sports with the LPGA, includes eight of the top 24 players in the world and kicks off at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, running into December.
Who is on each WTGL roster?
| Team | Players |
|---|---|
| Atlanta Drive GC | Nataliya Guseva, Charley Hull, Andrea Lee, Minjee Lee, Yuka Saso |
| Boston Common Golf | Celine Boutier, Chizzy Iwai, Megan Khang, Lottie Woad, Ina Yoon |
| Los Angeles Golf Club | Aki Iwai, Alison Lee, Gaby Lopez, Kiara Romero, Michelle Wie West |
| Motor City Golf Club | Brooke M. Henderson, Jeeno Thitikul, Lexi Thompson, Ruoning Yin, Albane Valenzuela |
| New York Golf Club | Linn Grant, Danielle Kang, Lydia Ko, Yana Wilson, Rose Zhang |
Why is Nelly Korda not on a WTGL team?
Korda said earlier this year that she has mixed feelings about the league. Michelle Wie West, who is retired from full-time competition, and semi-retired Lexi Thompson both landed on rosters, and rookie Kiara Romero, who turned professional two weeks ago, joins Wie West with the Los Angeles Golf Club.
