LIV Players, Past Winners Headline DP World Tour Q-School Stage 2

The DP World Tour's Q-School moves into its Second Stage from Oct. 29 to Nov. 1, with former LIV Golf players, past tour champions and one PGA Tour player's brother among the names competing for a place at Final Stage in November.

Who is in the field at Fontanals Golf Club?

Fontanals Golf Club carries the strongest field of the four venues. Robert Rock, a two-time DP World Tour winner, enters via the circuit's career money list and is joined by fellow past champions Fabrizio Zanotti, Shubhankar Sharma, Tom Lewis, Romain Wattel, George Coetzee and Robert Dinwiddie.

Jose Luis Ballester, a former LIV Golf player with Fireballs GC who won the Asian Tour's PIF Saudi International last November, advanced to this stage through a strong First Stage showing. He is joined by big-hitter Wilco Nienaber and by Dean Greyserman, brother of PGA Tour player Max Greyserman. Richard Teder, the Estonian who holed out from 80 yards in a playoff at West Lancashire to qualify for the 2025 Open Championship at Royal Portrush, also tees it up at Fontanals.

Who is in the field at Golf Las Pinaillas?

Luis Masaveu, a 23-year-old LIV Golf player also with Fireballs GC, leads the names at Golf Las Pinaillas after qualifying through First Stage. His best DP World Tour-sanctioned result is a tie for fifth at the German Challenge. Former DP World Tour winners Renato Paratore, Yannik Paul, Justin Harding and Alvaro Quiros are also in the field, along with former Walker Cup player Tom Sloman and Jack Buchanan, who earned an Open Championship spot by winning the 2026 Africa Amateur Championship.

Who is in the field at Isla Canela Links?

Isla Canela Links features two LIV Golf players, Sam Horsfield and Luis Carrera. Horsfield, a three-time DP World Tour winner with Majesticks GC, sits 57th in the 2026 LIV individual standings and has not played a DP World Tour event since the 2023 Dubai Desert Classic. Two-time winner Lucas Bjerregaard, whose victories at the Portugal Masters and Alfred Dunhill Links Championship came nearly a decade ago, missed the cut at September's Omega European Masters. Maximilian Kieffer, Gavin Green, Callum Tarren and Adri Arnaus round out the past winners, while Cameron Adam, who topped the 2025 Global Amateur Pathway ranking, enters off a 2026 season with a single top-10 finish, at the Magical Kenya Open.

Who is in the field at Desert Springs Resort?

At Desert Springs Resort in Almeria, Michael La Sasso, winner of the final 2026 LIV Golf event in Indianapolis, headlines an American contingent. Matthew Baldwin, a DP World Tour winner who hit the opening tee shot at this year's Open Championship at his home club, Royal Birkdale, also competes. Five-time DP World Tour winner Alex Levy is attempting to reclaim a card lost several seasons ago, alongside past winners Steven Brown and Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, whose seven DP World Tour titles date back to 2013.

A Q-School field built from LIV exiles and past champions shows how much tour status has shifted hands in 2026.

Players who advance from Second Stage move on to Final Stage in November at Infinitum Golf, where full and conditional DP World Tour cards for 2027 will be decided.
